Freelance Administrative Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable freelance assistant to support us with daily operations and customer communication.

Your tasks will include replying to customer emails, processing orders, following up with retail partners, and occasionally making phone calls when needed. The role is remote, flexible, and up to 20 hours per week.

You should be highly organised, proactive, and confident in written and spoken German and English. Previous experience in customer support, order management, office assistance, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
