  1. How do I return my Offbeat products?

Step 1

Print and fill out this returns form and include it in your return package. No access to a printer? Please write the information required in the returns form on a piece of paper instead. Don’t forget to note down your order number!

Step 2

Once your parcel is all packed up and sealed, send it to this address or just use the handy little address label from the form above.

Sit back, relax and wait for us to get in touch. We will process your return within 21 business days and you will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days.

Looking to exchange?

We only accept return for refund. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please place a new order to secure stock.

Note!

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

We cannot cover return shipping costs or take responsibility for items lost on their way back to us.

All items must be returned in good condition with original labels intact.

2. What is your Return Policy?

You have 30 days (from delivery date) to return products bought from offbeat-berlin.com.

Items bought from our online store can not be returned in a retail or concept store. 

All items have to be unused with labels intact. 

Note that we do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). We understand there are benefits with free returns but at the same time there is a downside to it as well. We need to protect our planet and excess shipping has a negative impact on the environment. 

Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us. You will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. 

Any refund made by us will be processed back to the payment method used when placing your order. 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please place a new order to secure stock and return your unwanted item. 

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
